USF HSC Celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi

On September 12th, Hindu Students Council at USF (USF HSC) hosted a puja to celebrate the birth of our beloved Lord Ganesh, the embodiment of wealth, sciences, knowledge, wisdom, prosperity, and a remover of obstacles. The event was a great success, and the Executive Board of USF HSC was happy to start off the fall semester on an auspicious note.

The event included a brief introduction about Ganesh Chathurthi, Ganesh Ashtotaram followed by a Ganesh Mangalarti. Prasad including puri, gulab jamun, and more were served at the event. The event had a large turnout and served as a great networking opportunity for our members as well. USFHSC is looking forward to hosting more similar pujas and events in the upcoming semester!
