HSC Annual Summer Camp
Campers from all over North America get together to learn about our great heritage and culture, play exciting team building games, engage in stimulating discussions, enjoy blissful yoga and meditation sessions and much more. The evenings are filled with singing, dancing, games, and opportunities to share memories and create new ones.

Note: Admission is FREE for those attendees traveling from more than 500 miles away. You will still need to submit a registration fee, which will be reimbursed upon conclusion of the camp.

What is the goal of HSC Summer Camp?
Since 1990, HSC Annual Summer Camp has been the highlight of Hindu Youth activities throughout the year. The goal of HSC Summer Camp is to bring together Hindu students from across all HSC chapters to promote unity and provide a forum to discuss various spiritual and philosophical topics, enhancing their knowledge about Hindu heritage and history. At HSC Summer Camp, students relax and rejuvenate with yoga, meditation and Bhajans. Along with meeting all other Hindu Students from around the continent, there will also be plenty of opportunities for team bonding, fun, and games during the camp.
Who is invited to HSC Summer Camp?
The HSC Summer Camp is open to all HSC chapter members both in college and high school. High School students must be at least 15 years of age, and students under 18 years will be asked to sign a Parental Consent Form (to be sent after registration). Non-HSC members are also welcome to attend (up to age 35).

When is the Summer Camp?
Summer Camp will start from 5 PM on Friday, July 18 and will end 5 PM on Sunday, July 20, 2025. Possible options for dropoff/pickup will be available on Friday and Sunday.
How much is admission?
Admission is FREE for those attendees traveling from more than 500 miles away. You will still need to submit a registration fee, which can be reimbursed, if requested, upon conclusion of the camp. You are also welcome to donate your registration fee to HSC/AVG!

Capacity is limited. So please make sure to submit all deposits/ itineraries along with your registration form in order to reserve your spot.
What does admission include?
Admission includes lodging and meals for the entire duration of the program.
Travel expenses are not covered in the registration fee. Please make your own arrangements. We will do our best to arrange pick ups and drop offs at arrival and departure. It is possible to use a ride sharing app to get to AVG.
How do I pay the registration fee?
Please pay the deposit per attendee using the registration form.

What are the Covid guidelines for the event?
